🏕️ Camp Accommodation
Separate accommodation for boys and girls will be in tents on 4-6 sharing basis for students and on 4 sharing basis for families. All tents are equipped with mattresses & sleeping bags/quilts, have electricity and attached toilets & bathrooms.
🎒 Please Carry
Six pairs of comfortable clothes, night dress, shorts, sweater, jacket, raincoat, bath towel, sports shoes, socks, sandals/floaters, woollen cap, woollen socks, leather gloves, sunglasses, water bottle, torch, daypack, folding umbrella and toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, sunscreen, cold cream, lip balm etc.). Also carry an original photo ID proof. The participants may have to pay fine, wherever applicable in the absence of original photo ID.
📦 All The Items
All the items mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.

Cell phones are allowed but not during camp activities.
📋 Registration
Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs. 10000/- to confirm your booking along with a photocopy of your photo ID. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Reservation is done on first come first served basis. Railway reservation will depend on the availability of tickets. Payments can be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS in favour of ANALA OUTDOORS PVT. LTD., payable at Vadodara.

What is the minimum age for the camp?

The camp is suitable for participants aged 8 years and above. Children below 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Is prior trekking experience required?

No prior experience is required for our camp programmes. Our guides will brief and support all participants. For advanced treks, moderate fitness is recommended.
What is the batch/group size?

Our groups are typically 10–25 persons for camps and 8–18 persons for treks, ensuring personal attention and safety.
What about food and dietary requirements?

We provide vegetarian meals during the camp. Please inform us in advance about any specific dietary requirements or allergies.
How do we travel from Vadodara / Ahmedabad?

Group departures are arranged from Vadodara and Ahmedabad. Exact pickup points, timing, and train/bus details are shared once your booking is confirmed.
Is the advance refundable if I cancel?

Please refer to our Refund Policy tab. We follow a structured cancellation policy based on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
What if the weather is bad during the trip?

Safety is our top priority. In case of extreme weather, certain activities may be modified or replaced. Itinerary is subject to weather, road conditions, and local permissions.
Do I need to carry medical insurance?

Personal travel insurance is not included and is the participant's responsibility. We recommend having travel and medical insurance before departing.
💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to our office. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

- In case of natural calamities, extreme weather, or government restrictions, a credit note or rescheduling option will be provided.
- No refund will be provided if a participant voluntarily leaves the group mid-trip.
- The advance amount is non-transferable to a different programme or season.
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment source (bank account / cheque).
