Cross the dramatic Hampta Pass at 14,100 ft — from lush Kullu valley to the barren beauty of Lahaul-Spiti.

🏃 Activities

Trekking, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Burma Bridge, Zipline, Tent Pitching, Group games, Bonfire, Visit to Solang Valley, Snow point, Manali town and Atal Tunnel (subject to permission availability).

🏕️ Camp Accommodation

Separate accommodation for boys and girls will be in tents on 4-6 sharing basis for students and on 4 sharing basis for families. All tents are equipped with mattresses & sleeping bags/quilts, have electricity and attached toilets & bathrooms.

🎒 Please Carry

Six pairs of comfortable clothes, night dress, shorts, sweater, jacket, raincoat, bath towel, sports shoes, socks, sandals/floaters, woollen cap, woollen socks, leather gloves, sunglasses, water bottle, torch, daypack, folding umbrella and toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, sunscreen, cold cream, lip balm etc.). Also carry an original photo ID proof. The participants may have to pay fine, wherever applicable in the absence of original photo ID.

📦 All The Items

All the items mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.

📱 Cell Phones

Cell phones are allowed but not during camp activities.

📋 Registration

Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs. 10000/- to confirm your booking along with a photocopy of your photo ID. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Reservation is done on first come first served basis. Railway reservation will depend on the availability of tickets. Payments can be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS in favour of ANALA OUTDOORS PVT. LTD., payable at Vadodara.

📋 Booking & Payment

An advance of ₹10,000/- per person is required to confirm the booking along with a photocopy of your Photo ID.
Balance payment must reach our office at least 30 days before the journey begins.
Payments accepted by Cheque / NEFT / RTGS in favour of ANALA OUTDOORS PVT. LTD., payable at Vadodara.
Booking is confirmed only on receipt of advance payment and confirmation from our team.
Reservations are on first come, first served basis.

🚂 Travel & Transportation

Railway/bus reservations depend on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Pickup and drop points from Vadodara and Ahmedabad will be intimated before departure.
The company is not responsible for any delays caused by transport operators.

🏔️ Programme & Activities

The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, and local permissions.
Activities like Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Rohtang Pass are subject to permission availability.
Cell phones are allowed but not during camp activity sessions.
All participants must follow instructions of camp leaders and guides at all times.
Please do not bring disposable items, valuables, or ornaments to camp.

🪪 Identity & Documentation

Original Photo ID is mandatory for all participants. Absence of ID may result in fines payable by the participant.
For minors, a consent form signed by parent/guardian is required.

⚠️ Liability

The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or unforeseen expenses during the trip.
Personal travel and medical insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant.
The company reserves the right to expel any participant whose conduct is deemed unsuitable without refund.

💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to our office. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

📌 Important Notes

In case of natural calamities, extreme weather, or government restrictions, a credit note or rescheduling option will be provided.
No refund will be provided if a participant voluntarily leaves the group mid-trip.
The advance amount is non-transferable to a different programme or season.
Refunds are credited only to the original payment source (bank account / cheque).
